At Sprout Drive, Cycles Construction acted as both construction company and on-site contractor, keeping the build organized and on schedule. Our home designer support and finish work by our carpenter crew tie the architectural design together into a warm, functional family home.
Our Solution
We created a luxury minimal industrial modern design that maximizes the waterfront location with strategically placed large windows and expansive decks. The layout provides comfortable everyday living while offering generous guest accommodations. The home’s positioning takes full advantage of both the lake views and convenient trail access into town.

A signature custom metal staircase serves as both a functional element and striking architectural focal point, embodying the home’s industrial aesthetic.
