On Lucky 13th Street, our general contractor team brought structure, layout, and finishes together into a refreshed family home. This project reflects the same careful planning we bring to Renovations and upgrades across Nelson BC, from framing to detailed carpenter work.
Our Solution
We designed an inverted floor plan that places the main living room on the upper level, directly connected to an expansive deck that frames the spectacular mountain and city vistas while the lower level houses a separate family room. Of the three bedrooms, two have full ensuites, ensuring privacy and comfort. An attached garage provides convenient year-round access.
